Annual Maintenance Contracts
In today’s world quality is the prime aspect. Hence, quality output from any machine depends on machine’s repeat performance. And to get consistent performance, machine maintenance is a key factor.
Conditions of the contract:
- Acceptance of annual maintenance contract varies on condition of the machine duration of this agreement will be 1 YEAR w.e.f. date of receiving full earnest.
- The Controllers are anticipated in good working condition while accepting the contract.
- The contract may not cover the visit/replacement of the part under following circumstances.
- Damage caused to the equipment due to floods, fire, accident, Riots, breakage, misuse, improper / negligence use / tempering etc.
- Damage caused to the equipment due to failure to observe the operating instructions and precautions as explained by the installation engineer.
- Defects due to use of non-recommended spares.
- It is likely that machine covered under the plan can breakdown. Our services shall in any case be available in such event at an extra cost.
